It was a very cold night, something we haven’t experienced since when we were in Tamworth in late May.
We had to stock on food today so it was a trip into the local Coles Store to replenish all our supplies.
We drove around town and up to the lookout and visited the local information centre to see the displays they had there. We have visited here before and have previously been on the tours so we were just going to catch up with a few things whilst in Mt Isa and have a bit of a rest before hitting the long days of driving to get up to Darwin.
