A public holiday here today .
We did a tour of all the beaches from Port Adelaide down to Glenelg.
Stopping of at one of the new marinas to have lunch and then drove back to Adelaide so we could visit the Botanical Gardens which we walked around for most of the afternoon before returning home. We had to endure the noise from a Rock concert taking place in the gardens as the sound carried to where we were staying.
They said it was a musical festival! To be honest we couldn’t wait for it to end as most of the other residents in the area felt as well I’m sure.
Tomorrow we head out for Mt Gambier via Robe.
